Finding eBooks

Full text electronic books or ebooks are available through the OneSearch box on the library homepage and some individual library databases.  E-books are excellent resources to use because they are available full text online.

Find ebooks using the OneSearch box on the topic of football AND concussion on the SC4 Library homepage.

Clicking on the specific chapter(s) where the keyword is used will go right to that page.

Don't forget to cite the book if you use a quote or information from it. Most of the library databases will generate the citation for you. In this ebook database, click on Cite at the top of the screen.

Choose the citation style you need for class. In English classes, you will use MLA format. APA format is used in Nursing, Criminal Justice, and Psychology classes.

You may also download most ebook titles for 14 days to whatever device you are using to search the databases: smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. The database will prompt you with directions on how to proceed with downloading the title. Please contact us if you need help!
