Rusty is a Director of Engineering at Northrop Grumman Corp. Based out of Maryland, Rusty works with the Cyber and Intelligence Mission Solutions Division, working with the company's government clients to ensure their cyber platforms remain secure. With intelligence reports that can end up in the Oval Office, Rusty works tirelessly to keep department motivated and diligent.

Katie is a Field Services Engineer in the Water Engineering Leadership Program for GE. Katie travels the world to finalize the set up of water plants for General Electric. Once the plants have been constructed and installed, Katie comes in at the end to test all the processes such as water pumps and electrics systems.

Ryan is a Mechanical Engineer with SpecSys Inc, an engineering and manufacturing firm located in Cloquet, MN. With a lifelong passion for tinkering and building, Ryan landed on mechanical engineering to not only continue doing what he loves but to also be in an in-demand industry.

Michael is a Mobile Build Engineer with retail giant Lowes. His main responsibility is to maintain the system's servers and paths so that the software developers (who are building upwards of hundreds of codes per day) can build and implement code.
