- TUTORING: The FREE tutors can be reached at www.sc4.edu/tutoring. Using the Bookings system, students can make an appointment with a tutor and select either a telephone appointment or a TEAMS virtual appointment. A confirmation email will be sent to the student with instructions on how to meet with their tutor. Tutors are available days, nights, and weekends.
- WRITING LAB: There are two ways to get help with your papers. You can schedule an appointment with a Writing Center tutor at www.sc4.edu/tutoring or you can submit your paper using the Online Writing Lab at www.sc4.edu/owl.
- Student Navigators are trained to assist students how to maneuver in an online setting, as well as how to be a successful student overall regardless of in-seat or online.
- Sometimes students don't need a tutor in the beginning of their online class, they just need to understand how their online classroom works. Each class is set up differently which can be confusing. There will be an announcement box within each online class with contact information
