Mary Ann Pope born in 1932, is originally from Louisville, Kentucky. She attended the Art Center, the University of Louisville, and Cooper Union, New York, NY, all on scholarships.
In 1966 Mary moved to Huntsville, Alabama where the landscapes and the untrammeled land of mountains and valleys bring her inspiration. She has are displayed in many public and private collections throughout the country.
