Over 100 FREE classes available with offerings appropriate for all ages. Registration opens at 8 a.m. Monday, March 12, 2018. FREE College Day is a fun and educational day of one-hour sessions on a wide range of topics. Classes are free to attend, but advanced registration is required. Register by choosing a time and class. Want to go to more than one session? Then pick another time and class. You must register each time slot separately. All children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult for the entire class period. Please register each person attending.
Skip and Lil' Skip will be mingling with the guests in the College Center Atrium and Cafeteria. Meet our mascots and take a selfie with these larger-than-life characters.
Walk the track. The newly renovated SC4 Fieldhouse features a walking track. One lap equals 1/10th of a mile. (10 laps = 1 mile). Non-marking shoes must be worn.
Tour the galleries on campus and view the student Patterns Art Work and Sophomore Portfolio Exhibit.
The Nasr Natural Science Museum inside the Clara Mackenzie Building gives you an up-close glimpse into millions of years of fossil artifacts and replicas. See dinosaur bones, petrified wood and other cool items.
Great work out and great view. Climb the 188 steps to the top for a panoramic view of the city.
Heather Kendrick, current Ms. Michigan and Marysville native, will discuss serving as spokesperson for Michigan and how the arts are a vital component to every person’s education.
